If you have a dog, take him out for a daily walk. It is not strenuous activity if you are used to to walking or more intense exercise. The real benefits to walking are the movement of blood and muscles, lymphatic drainage and circulation, stimulates cellular activity and positive emotions. These benefits stimulate better health and set you up for successful weight loss.
If you don’t have a dog, walk yourself or your family.
Don’t think of the walk as exercise you need to do to “burn off fat”. Think of it as something that healthy people do.
