The world is fascinated with weight loss, some for health reasons and others for cosmetic. 2. Losing weight and being healthy go hand in hand. Added chemicals,whether in food, the environment, or prescription drugs will work against you in your weight loss goals.
3. The closer to nature the food is the better your weight loss success. Long slow cooking destroys enzymes and much of the value of the food. If you think this doesn’t matter, think again. Depriving your body of vital nutrients is one major reason so many people hit a wall with their weight loss goal.
4. Any weight loss plan that boasts results without exercise won’t work. Make sure exercise is part of your routine. There are no short cuts that produce lasting results. It takes time to get healthy. Getting healthy is a critical step in losing weight and keeping it off.
